We have developed a wide range of in-house and homemade products and specialties. These selected delicacies and souvenirs, we are very proud of, have become increasingly popular with our guests, which was the reason for us to steadily increase our assortment.

It all started with our own bees colony on our mountain meadow, which process excellent nectar into the best bee honey. The honey is refined by hand, without resorting to preservatives. With every purchase, you do not only take a jar of pure nature home with you, but also support our contribution to the preservation of nature in our environment.

Try our homemade pesto – with only the best ingredients for your pasta dish at home. Our flavours depend on the seasons, ranging from wild garlic to basil, wild meadow herbs to tomato pesto. Made of roasted pine nuts, original Parmesan cheese and cold-pressed green olive oil.

Our herbal tea "Bergwiese" (transl. mountain meadow) will ensure you many enjoyable moments even after your stay with us. This blend is particularly popular in the cold season. Sitting on the couch with thick socks, sourrounded by the spicy scent of the mountain herbs - that's what Gabelbach tastes like.

Besides our own products, selected regional family businesses contribute their best goods to our shop offer. Great sheep's and goat's cheese from the Dosdorf "Ziegenried", exquisite wines from private, small wineries as well as delicious "Goldhelm" chocolate can now be found in our hotel shop.

Our branded umbrella does not only protect you on holiday, but also on rainy days at home. And no matter how you would like to spend your stay with us – for last minute short trips as well as for long hikes around Gabelbach our small hiking backpack is the best companion for you. Our big and popular SPA bag is also available in the shop and will store all your important belongings during your SPA day as well as on your next trip to the beach.
